FAQ
Process Question
OK, I decided to purchase a website, what's the process?
We are happy about your decision and we ensure you that you will be 100% satisfied with your product/service.
The process works this way. First we meet with you and/or your organization to understand your business. We talk about color schemes, navigation structures, look-and-feel issues, functionality, etc., and address any questions you have. Next, we put together a complete proposal for your project outlining the functionality, color scheme, deliverables, and cost including the initial down payment. After receiving the down payment and signed proposal, we start work. Timelines are hard to judge because it is a team effort (us and you), so we'll be going back and forth with ideas, text, images, etc. If the response rate is slow, the project will follow. Once the project is complete, we will perform onsite training to you and your staff on how to use the system. Finally we move the domain to production, submit to search engines, and incorporate Google Analytics.
How long does a project take?
We'll that mostly depends on you. We like to give a range from 2 weeks on, but based on how prepared you are it can go faster or take longer.
Development Questions
Can you create a website that does this.....?
Yes, fortunately, we are programmers by trade so we take pleasure in developing new project from ideas of our clients. We have developed many types of application, so 9 times out of 10, we have some code to start with. In either case, this again speaks to our motto, "If you can think it, we can do it!"
Why is XTML important?
We take pride in developing all our applications using XHTML standards. Sometimes this requires more work, but long-term you (the client) end up with the best possible solution. XHTML is a standard that forces usability ensuring that search engines and people with disabilities can navigate your website easily. Search engines like Google and Yahoo love XHTML because it can index your entire website easily.
Hosting Account Questions

How do I view my website stats?
You will be given a Google Analytic username and password that allows you to see detailed statistics of your website to help you alter your marketing plans.
